Shipping Policy

All original paintings, apparel, sculptures, jewelry, and figurines are made by me and ready to ship at the time of purchase. Generally, they will be shipped within 2-3 business days. 

Returns and refunds of any and all paintings, apparel, sculptures, jewelry, and figurines are not accepted. Make sure to double-check the dimensions/size of all purchases before completing the transaction. 

If any pieces come damaged please send me an email with a photo of the damage to olivia.cs.pare@gmail.com within 48 hours of the time of delivery.

Lastly, any customs, duties, UPS/FedEx delivery fees unaccounted for during checkout are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, I have very little information on what types of deliveries may accrue additional charges/fees depending on the country it's being sent to. All packages ship from Ottawa, Canada.
